Guest Pastor Jeff Sullivan (Granada Church) walks through how the world's smartest people have tried to define success, why even a Super Bowl ring runs empty, and what Scripture says we were actually made for. From Ephesians 2:8-10 — by grace you have been saved, you are His workmanship, created for good works — he reframes success around two anchors: you cannot be successful outside of Christ, and He has redeemed you for something specific. The invitation is simple and personal: stop borrowing someone else's scoreboard and write your own definition of success, beginning with who you are in Christ.

🟢 🌐 Website held in the quiet week. Even between sermons, Users rose +12% (179 → 200) and engagement ticked up (66.4% → 67.6%) — the site kept drawing people in during the lull.
🟢 The fullest Sunday drop yet shipped. Heading into the window's close, one service produced a complete multi-surface package — EN + ES sermon pages, five devotionals, four vertical shorts, an 11-minute condensed cut, and two blogs.
🟢 🇪🇸 Spanish kept pace, same day. The Spanish sermon, page, and study guide go live on publish day — no Unlisted lag, no fallback-to-English gaps.
🟡 📺 Shorts are the biggest untapped lever. The prior week, YouTube Shorts were ~66% of all channel reach — this window almost none were posted and reach fell to ~4%. Turning Shorts posting back on (paused on the YouTube re-authorization) is the single fastest way to grow reach.
🟡 📊 A quiet video week — by design. YouTube views dipped (152 vs 573) in the lull between sermons; the 6/7 message and its shorts land in next week's numbers. Watch for the rebound.
