The website doubled on the back of it: users 249 → 503, sessions 359 → 585, page views 865 → 1,049. The honest asterisk is engagement, down 61.8% → 47.4% as the crowd grew, because page views rose only 21% against 102% more users. YouTube reads 818 → 290, but last week was one 531-view Sunday on a 287 baseline — strip it and the baseline is flat. Pulse window August 2→8 vs July 26→August 1. Page views 492 → 865, sessions 239 → 359, users 203 → 249 — and engagement still climbed to 61.8%, which is the number that matters: bigger and stickier, not just a spike of curiosity. YouTube rebounded 169 → 737 off a week that was intentionally dark. The miss was ours: 19 of the 30 posts staged for launch week never left draft and never sent, including the launch announcement itself. Pulse window July 26→August 1 vs July 19→25. Spanish became a standing weekly deliverable — devotionals, transcript, study guide, podcast and all three blog translations shipped same-week, putting the blog corpus at exact parity, 84 and 84.

Traffic pulled back hard — users 274 → 203, sessions 352 → 239 — in a week the church published nothing to social at all: all eight scheduled posts were skipped because the 07-19 Shorts had gone nine days stale. The counter-signal is that quality improved on the smaller audience — engagement up to 59.8%, YouTube retention more than doubled to 13.2%. Pulse window July 19→25 vs July 12→18.
